Terms of service
Effective date: August 11, 2026.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of MyFlow, including its web application, APIs, storage, collaboration features, documents, and Skills (the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes, tokens, and other credentials, and for activity performed through your account. Notify the service administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not use it to violate laws or third-party rights; upload malware or unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; bypass security or usage limits; disrupt the Service; scrape or automate access in a way that harms the Service; impersonate another person; or use the Service to cause harm.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in content that you upload, create, or store through the Service (“Content”). You are responsible for having the permissions needed to use that Content. You grant MyFlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and process your Content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the Service. We may remove or restrict Content that violates law or these Terms where reasonably necessary.
5. Integrations and AI features
The Service may connect to storage, email, analytics, AI, or other third-party services. If you or your administrator enables an integration, relevant data may be sent to that provider. The provider’s terms and privacy notice may also apply, and you should review them before enabling the integration. AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review outputs before relying on them; they are not professional advice.
6. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, including during maintenance or security work. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably practicable.
7. Fees and paid features
If a paid plan or feature applies, the price, billing cycle, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are those shown at purchase or in the applicable order. Self-hosted deployments may be subject to a separate license or agreement.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service or request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, or misuse. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. After termination, some Content may remain for a limited period in backups or records required by law or legitimate business needs.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will meet every requirement or always be secure, accurate, or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any remaining liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the Service with a new effective date, and continued use after the effective date means that you accept the changes. For questions or requests, contact your service administrator or use the official MyFlow website.
